At Motel Rocks, we want you to love your new outfit, but if it's not quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are removed and the new return label is clearly attached to the outside.
Drop Off Your Parcel
Take your package to your nearest authorized drop-off point or post office as indicated on your return shipping label.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
